The Impact Report was released to commerorate the 10th anniversary of the provider network. It was created to showcase the value and impact the SOMOS Community Care had on the 1 million + New Yorkers it served since it's inception in the NYS DSRIP program up to its 10th anniversary in 2024. I led and managed the design team contracted to design the report and collaborated with the Chief Officers of each department, in addition to the Compliance, Data Analytics, and Legal teams to ensure all data was accurately cited and carefully curated the organization's history to complete this project.
